How do I enable parent paths?

If you are seeing an error similar to this
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0131'

Disallowed Parent Path

/default.asp, line 1

The Include file '../example.asp' cannot contain '..' to indicate the parent directory.

you need to enable parent paths for that domain.  To do this carry out the following steps:

1 - Login to your control panel.
2 - Click Domains > Your Domain Name > Advanced Domain Options > Parent Paths
3 - Select "Enabled" from the drop down choices and then "Save"

You will now have enabled parent paths for that domain.
