Our Hosted Pbx service is an affordable Voice over IP PBX solution allowing you to have multiple extensions, music on hold, call queues, IVR, Call routing and much more. You can make calls to any number in the world at a reduced rate than fixed line services, there are no fixed line costs with Hosted PBX!

Pay only for the call you make or get one of our uncapped local South Africa lines options. Hosted PBX is ideal to be used with Fibre, Fixed LTE or LTE (Cell Networks). We have 2 line options available, SA Uncapped - you can make as many calls to any South African Numbers for a fixed monthly cost per line, however you can only have 1 Capp per line at the same time, or the alternate is our Per Call Lines, you can have many calls at the same time per line, but the calls are charged to local SA Telkom Numbers at around R0.28c per minute, and Cell Numbers at R30c per Minute. VOIP PBX Allows you to make low cost calls to landline and mobile numbers. You can make calls via a softphone application on your Cellphone, or you can purchase a voip phone/s, to make use of our VOIP PBX systems which gives you call waiting, Music on hold, free calls between extensions and much more.

FAQ

Can I port my own phone number

We can port over existing geographical numbers ie (011, 012, 031, etc, We can also port some existing 087 and 010 numbers, ask us to check.

How long does it take to port a number ?

Porting of a number normal take between 5 to 14 days.

Can I use my cell phone as an extension ?

Yes with the help of apps like Acrobits soft phone, linkus and other soft phone apps you can connect your cell to your Pbx as an extension. In fact we suggest to do this as the call will follow you wherever you are.

Can we have a local switchboard on site and use physical voip phones ?

Yes with voip handsets and a local area network at your office, a physical voip phone system can be integrated to give you a local switchboard and the ability to route calls etc like a traditional switchboard system, call us for more info.

What number will you have?

We can either provide you with 087 or 010 numbers depending on the line type taken, or you can port your current telephone number and use it with the PBX system.

How does the Hosted PBX system work ?

Say goodbye to your traditional switchboard system. All your employees need is either a smartphone, their laptop, a desktop with audio, or a voip phone. To access the Hosted PBX solution, we will provide you with an IOS, Android App or Desktop/Laptop App, which will give you direct access to the HostworX PBX system. We can also provide VOIP phones should you require them. Want to use your own device? HostworX Hosted PBX solution supports BYOD with regards to a specific list of make and models. Ask us about these.

What does a fully manages Hosted PBX Mean to me ?

Whenever a change is required on your Hosted PBX system, HostworX personnel will do it for you. All packages include 1 hour maintenance per month, which can include upgrades, changes, or edits to the configuration of your Hosted PBX system.

Are Voice recording part of the system ?

Yes with our hosted Pbx we give you 500 minute free recordings time per month, if you go beyond this we charge a minimal charge for the additional time.

 

Call Rates

Our Uncapped Trunks/lines allow you to call anywhere in South Africa locally and to our SA cellphone providers up to 1000 Minutes at a low fixed price per trunk per month, the uncapped trunks are limited to a single inbound/outbound call at one time.

Our Blended and Standard rate trunks/lines allow multiple inbound and outbound calls to be made at a time, however they are charged per second at our low per minute rates. Our Voip Rates on Blended Trunks/Lines are charged at a flat rate to all local numbers and cell providers, our standard rate Trunks/Lines are billed at different rates specific to certain destination numbers/providers ate reduced rates. Regardless of which trunks you use, calls to International numbers are charged at our low cost International Rates. and do vary from location to location, see our rates below for more details.
