What if SORBS / SPAMHAUS blacklists My or HostworX's ip addresses because of my email

SORBS / SPAMHAUS will immediately blacklist an IP address that has been found to be used for spam purposes. Should this happen, HostworX will receive a spam complaint from SORBS/SPAMHAUS.

There is only one option available to delist an IP address:

  • Paying a $50/R750 donation (this is dependant on the exchange rate) per email reported to the charity that SORBS/SPAMHAUS has indicated as their charity of choice for that month.

Blacklisting an IP of one of our servers has a serious impact on HostworX's reputation within the Internet industry.

Should we receive more than one complaint from SORBS/SPAMHAUS, your account could be be terminated immediately.
