Email password compliance was changed due to the high brute force attacks against our servers, and customers not complying with the password policy. We have implemented a higher password compliance to ensure email accounts are safe from abuse, passwords are now required to have a symbol !@#$%^&*() in the password, this is to make the passwords more secure.

There are certain accounts that do not comply to these new requirements. We therefore will be implementing an account password change on these accounts that do not comply on Saturday 1st July 2017 on any accounts not complying to these new standards.  Please see the emails sent out on how to make changes to email account passwords.

Please note the emails are unbranded however they DO NOT ask the users to click links in the email, but rather ask the recipient to goto their webmail account and change their passwords manually.
