We are so confident of our services that our web hosting plans and services come with a 30 day money back guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you will be given a 100% refund of the contract amount.

This however excludes the following costs

• Any setup fees.
• Any traffic and disk space overages.
• Any domain registrations.
  

All cancellations of contracts MUST be in WRITING and forwarded to billing@hostworx.co.za

Any and all other forms of notice will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
