The best way to manage your
Shaped Prepaid ADSL
is to purchase
an
ADSL Shaped /
ADSL
Unshaped account which is closest to your monthly average usage,
for example you use 2.1Gb of traffic each month, you would purchase a Standard
2Gb
Shaped ADSL or
Unshaped ADSL Account (As Bulk Traffic
costs less) then you add
1Gb ADSL Prepaid to your account.
Each month the 2Gb Shaped ADSL / Unshaped ADSL traffic is used first and
then only the prepaid traffic gets used. Therefore the 1Gb account should
last you for 10 Months if you only use 2.1Gb each month.
This service is a Broadband Shaped ADSL / ADSL
Shaped Internet
Access service shaped according to protocol and therefore
provides the main priority to HTTP, which is the protocol assigned
to most Internet web sites. This service is therefore mainly designed
for surfing the web and retrieving or sending email.
With this service all international un-cached data is shaped. All international
HTTP traffic is transparently cached for uncapped ADSL users. The
following un-cached protocols are prioritized on the network: HTTP,
HTTPS, FTP. Mail (POP3 and IMAP), SSH and TELNET. This means that
protocols not mentioned above will receive a lower priority on the
