
Question: If I have an existing ADSL line , how do I move it over to HostworX
Answer : You would need to fill in a form supplied by HostworX and the line will be converted from Telkom to HostworX.
Question: How long would I have to wait for the ADSL line to be installed?
Answer : An ADSL installation can take up to 6 weeks to be installed
Question: What does the product include?
Answer : It will include an ADSL line (384kb,512kb or up to a 4096k line speed) and an Internet Access account
Question: What Criteria to I need to qualify for this product?
Answer : You would need an existing Telkom telephone line and your Exchange must be ADSL enabled
Question: What happens if I run out of bandwidth?
Answer : You can purchase additional 1GB blocks of additional bandwidth at any time.
Question: If my router is faulty, what do I do?
Answer : We will send our courier to to collect, fix and then return your router. (Depending on the problem you might be charged for the repairs ie Lightning strike, power surge, etc)
Question:Where do I log an ADSL line fault should there be something wrong with my line?
Answer : You are able to log an ADSL line fault either with HostworX or Telkom (0800 375 375)
Question: Do I have to enter into a 24 month contract?
Answer : We give you an option to select between a 24 month contract with a free 4 port ADSL router/modem or a month to month contract with no ADSL router/modem included.
Question: Can I up or downgrade my package at any given point?
Answer : Yes, just call out support line and we will arrange it for you.
Question: At the end of the 24 month period can I upgrade or downgrade to a new package?
Answer : At the end of the contractual agreement, you will be able to renew the contract, and or up or downgrade your package.
